Am I having Placebo?

This is before and after I started to try improve my looks, idk if I’m having placebo effect but I think I look different? In the after photo I am lowkey squinting a little bit cuz I’m right underneath a light, I am currently on Accutane and working on the hair style
Also tried taking photo in almost exact same spot, pls give advice.

yea there’s changes face is leaner hair changed and skin bettered

You look way different your check bones are way more outwards and ur jaw is bigger

You seem more awake, with a slightly wider jaw, leaner/less bloated, eyes are alot better but ur just squinting/frauding eye area and the hair looks alot nicer now
