I've never been officially diagnosed with anything, but I haven't been to a doctor for over 10 years and never asked about my mental health with any.

The closest thing was I had one therapy session once with a psychologist where I described my life and history and thought process about looks and women. I went into spergy stuff like evolutionary biological reasons why women fuck better looking men but settle with beta types and stuff. He told me a lot of stuff I said made sense to him but that I had the most black and white thinking process he's ever observed from a patient
