many steps in gym
plus gym
1 meal a day
 
but it’s still good?
i mean its a good habit to build. all im saying is that in that severe of a deficit you’re going to lose a lot of muscle regardless

if you want to build muscle then yeah. if you’re looking to shred bodyweight then you’re doing it right. the gym just has very little effect
