Am I low T? What to improve?

Okay so basically I believe in the raypeat diet, yesteraday I ate 350g raw beef with 3 egg yolks and so much more nutritious shit, I ended up with like 250% rdi in every single micronutrient. I slept 9 hours (I used blue light blocking glasses, my room temperature was perfect, i used hella magnesium before sleep and mk677) I also started hitting legs to improve natural test production... And I still didnt wake up with a fucking boner, what am I doing wrong? Am I low test? I wake up with a boner only like once every 5 days and my balls are huge. I am on pct 25mg enclomiphene ED because I ran 300mg test e for 20 weeks, how to become more high test?

I will probably do blood work for my test and other hormones, only thing thats probably lowering my hormones is not eating enough I eat around 2500kcal
 
Your body needs time to heal.

It took me 3 months to see the slightest results .( of higher T)

We are not computer, its not Instant changes.

Squats and heavy compound lifts help with test production fucking grey :lul: You have more than 50% muscles in lower body you fucking moron ofcourse it will help alot

Yea ur a retard the test ”increase” is not a increase its ur body recovering after heavy stress from trainings legs since it is the most damaging lol. Do u genuinely think training legs increase test 😂

be careful to not do too much.

Because it will raise your cortisol, and cortisol literally fuck all of your hormones.

I do lower 1x a week sometimes 2x a week, I am trying to rest enough always
 
Yea ur a retard the test ”increase” is not a increase its ur body recovering after heavy stress from trainings legs since it is the most damaging lol. Do u genuinely think training legs increase test 😂

Im the beginning , I was pushing every set to the absolute failure. ( im a failure)

at 18, pretty sure it fucked my growth.

Anyway at least shut my hormones down for sure.

I was low T ,100%, my voice got higher pitch, etc.

After 3 years of literal torture and a shitty physic because of not enough rest. 5 times/week, 2h /sess , I decide to switch to 6x2 with 2-3 RIR and only 2-3 times a week.

Best thing ever , my physic is better than ever, T level are going up, cortisol going down.

Same thing for me, went from training 6x to every other day.😘
