Okay so basically I believe in the raypeat diet, yesteraday I ate 350g raw beef with 3 egg yolks and so much more nutritious shit, I ended up with like 250% rdi in every single micronutrient. I slept 9 hours (I used blue light blocking glasses, my room temperature was perfect, i used hella magnesium before sleep and mk677) I also started hitting legs to improve natural test production... And I still didnt wake up with a fucking boner, what am I doing wrong? Am I low test? I wake up with a boner only like once every 5 days and my balls are huge. I am on pct 25mg enclomiphene ED because I ran 300mg test e for 20 weeks, how to become more high test?
I will probably do blood work for my test and other hormones, only thing thats probably lowering my hormones is not eating enough I eat around 2500kcal
