One last thing. Is lowering body fat, debloating, clearing up skin, and getting those eye procedures be all I need to have a good ascension? I don’t think there is anything else to do which is worth the time/money.

Thanks for ur input. I’ll def get the eye surgeries u mentioned once I graduate uni and I prob will get the implants for ramus but I’ll make a mlre calculated choice once I lose fat.
