Oh your 14. Then there is hope for you but you need to act now. Start nose breathing and tape mouth shut at night to prevent mouth breathing. Also keep tongue pressed on roof of mouth. At your age bone structure can change a lot if you are willing to put in the work. Also height max as well. Just focus on these two things and then focus on other things tbh.
