Unironically these are the best photos I have at my lowest body fat,

I got 8 kg fatter from then, But Iam slowly getting back to my prime, looking back It looks that I have A little recession going on

Not at all, once ur hyoid tightens ur side is gonna look good

no its actually good i think with some basic grooming you could look a lot better also try some hyiod exercises

Hyiod excercises? Aren’t they mostly cope? I thought your hyiod wast mostly affected by your body fat, in those photos I had a 19-20% bodyfat, thank you for your responses anyway, that goes for all of you!

You have to understand that this was me at my absolute best, right now I look shitty, I legit look recessed sometimes, I don’t even need to ask

only thing thats motivating me to continue improving is that i know i can look even better than I used too, because this was me without working out at all and at a decently fatty body fat

This is me right now, when I jut or pull in my cheeks, that’s when I look recessed, it’s mostly because of my short ramus as

@JOTAROSON Are Hyiod excercises effective or cope? Would they benefit me whenever I lean down a fair bit?

I did some research and found mixed results, no real research done isolating the factors that play into how the hyiod looks, only peoples testaments that are basically “Oh yeah I do chintucks and got a chiseled u shaped lower jaw”, while conveniently not mentioning working out and dropping Bodyfat
