i js found out the drooling on my pillows when i was a kid infact wasnt an parasite and was because of mouth breathing, im now 16.5 and noticed im still doing it in my sleep even though i nose breathe when im awake. I have crowded teeth, overbite and had to get my both premolars removed for space, currently using only braces, started treatment at 14 but they never got me palate expander or marpe, idk why. Would appreciate any tip.

Fine upper lip bone support, lower lip isn't protruding, flat midface yes but that isn't the only indicator. I'd say recession.
