Am I still bloated?

Am I still bloated or do I look at least somewhat better? Been trying to lose weight for some time now but think it's 12% BF for me to look fully non bloated. I think my lack of cheekbones cuck me hard.

My hair grows fast AF I'm keeping it medium length, I'm not worried I have mogger hair without trying at all lengths pretty much
