I’ve been training for 7 months now, I’ve started as a 25% BF subhuman, I trained really hard until end of August, been kind of inconsistent the last few months skipping entire weeks at times. Can I still be considered skinny fat? I’m starving myself because I wanna lose that fucking belly fat but maybe I shouldn’t because I’m risking to lose muscle, idk, some gymcels opinion? How tf do I escape skinny fat hell?
