2023-2024 I had 12k steps yearly avearge. 2024-2025 I have 9k yearly average. Office cuck as well. But this is only what my phone captures, I dont have it on me always.

Yes. I wake up at 5:30 sharp and go for a run at 6 in the morning. I watch the sun rise everyday.
