Okay so your not skinny your more like skinny fat which there is a huge difference between the two so just keep hitting the gym drinking water and cutting out potassium

i’ve been gym maxing for months now but I was bulking so I gained some fat during my bulk
 
i’m already very skinny ( 17 , 143lbs 5’11 ) i’ve been trying to debloat but I don’t see any progress
waterfast for as long as u can just learn about water fasting maybe try to do a couple days at first and then a big fast to really get all the extra fats out of your body

so just drink plenty of water all day and hot the gym? no food at all?

i’ve been gym maxing for months now but I was bulking so I gained some fat during my bulk
gym more untill failure not a couple sets and then head out just be locked in for 2+ hours grinding ur sets if u got chest day u wanna leave the gym when u can feel the chest burning while resting and then just eat/drink lots of proteins to heal the muscles

yes if possible try to do 4 days first maybe and when ur ready just do a week because waterfasting will actually debloat you fast you can also do 3 or 4 days a week waterfasting untill your reserve fat is gone because we dont live in 2000bc anymore we dont need that much reserve fat because we got food everyday now we dont need to live with out food for longer periods of time now because the hunt didnt bring us back any food to eat

potential is hard to say with out seeing u debloated but maybe a hlt or lmt and also if u just spam gym after the waterfast and during the waterfast its not gonna make u lose muscles that much and u wont be skinny u will just be lean

also one last question. do you think I looked better with facial hair? or do I currently look better clean shaven

clean shaven the facial hair looks like ur trying to grow pubes on your face atm and makes you look dumber just stick to clean shaven
