i’ve been gym maxing for months now but I was bulking so I gained some fat during my bulkyour not that ¨very skinny¨ ur pudgy in the torso ngl definately debloat the hell out of that and start gymmaxing
waterfast for as long as u can just learn about water fasting maybe try to do a couple days at first and then a big fast to really get all the extra fats out of your bodyi’m already very skinny ( 17 , 143lbs 5’11 ) i’ve been trying to debloat but I don’t see any progress
