An overly big neck can make your shoulders look narrower

One thing I’ve noticed after doing a lot of neck training.

find your ideal size and then maintain that

neck width that is 1:1 with your bigonial width is ideal. Ironrically most good looking male's don't even have a 1:1 Neck to bigonial width ratio but they are still much closer then most male's.
