analyzing genioplasty cases vs bimax

What specific ratios/angles would indicate that a genioplasty would be enough for someone? I have a gonial angle of around 116, mandibular plane of 15, mandibular recession of 6.63 (brutal), convexity of 154 (also brutal), forehead inclination of 17, and ramus-mandible of .87 (triple brutal). Obviously ratios aren't everything, but all these unideal ratios could be fixed with a genio alone. I mean most men today would probably benefit a good bit from bimax but a genio has like no risk of botching/nerve damage, doesnt cost tens of thousands outside the third world, and wont have you bloated for 1year+. Also getting a huge beneficial surgery younger versus waiting for bimax and coming out bloated for longer is also a factor.

Get a CBCT scan; other than obvious visual deformities, this is really the only 100% way to see if a surgery would be beneficial in your case. Also, instead of telling us the ratios, it'd be better to actually see a visual representation.
