done this, best for this is novibolol telmisartan and drink water + do the fucking cardio, when doing that never got my hematocrit high. also if you havent done eq start low 1:3/1:4 ( for me sweet spot is 1:4 where i have 29 e2

im thinking of doing dutasteride 0.5mg EOD

yes it does but you should have an ai on hand always imo if e2 symptoms present rapidly. its way faster acting than eq. youll adjust your eq based on your labs to fit it into a good e2 range for you. if ur e2 is too high u can take like 0.125mg anastrazole (1/8 of a pill) to fine tune ur levels.
