A fair bit, potentially more so, as you have to stress your body to a large degree for less muscle, bulk/calorie surplus for longer, don’t enjoy enhanced bone growth (which will lead to a better aging process overall), likely eat shit tier food (low cholesterol and high sweeteners/sugar/starches/anti nutrient etc.)
It depends on how you do it, either way.

Should do a compilations of the studies about exercise and ageing. Should also be considered that those who lift are more likely to have better diets, take more care of their health, even also have better income and a more relaxed lifestyles since they can afford to lift rocks for no reason at all.​
