There's a lot of obsession with Andreischev among jawcels on this site. Numerous before/after ig posts, pm convos with him but little to no feedback from his patients. So I dug into Russian web for some actual reviews on him (thanks to half Russian Stacy mom for teaching me language).

The mere typing of his name in Google returned this:

A female asked Andreischev for periocular plastic surgery to improve her eyelids. While performing the surgery he damaged inferior oblique muscles around both eyes. The procedure resulted in esotropia (crossed eyes), diplopia (double vision), lagophthalmos (inability to close the eyelids), acute pain and eyelid scarring.

4 more surgical procedures to fix his mess and 4 years of judicial proceedings. The court found Andreischev guilty and fined him 2.5 mil rub (~$35k). He denied that accusation and told he was planning to appeal.

1. A male asked him for overall facial improvements. Results: asymmetric cheekbones and orbits, failed fat distribution procedure (one cheek is larger than other), permanent vascular webs under the eyes. All attempts to fix his mess failed so far. 'My life turned to hell' he said.

2. Female / Orthodontic and TMJ treatment: constant pain in the back of the head, TMJ, ear and temple, neuritis, maxilla deformity from brackets.

3. Female / Bimax: constant pain in the back of the head, ear and temple, incorrect bite, facial asymmetry.

This site requires a treatment contract to verify and publish a review, so it seems legit.


1. Male / bracket to fix bite: no distractor installed, lower incisors worn down. His response - its normal, take calcium supplements.

2. Female / ?: muscle paresis + significant scarring.

3. Female / rhino + breathing problems (?): large dent on the nose and nasal breathing problems.

4. Female / Chin augmentation: oversized chin + permanent chin numbness for 3 years to date. She suspects his assistant Yulia Mishustina has performed the procedure not himself.

5. Female / jaw surgery + rhino + septo: breathing problem, septum distortion, teeth misalignment. Needs more surgeries.

6. Female / bimax + genio: severe asymmetry and distortion as she describes. Depression, quit job, mental treatment didnt help.

7. Male / TMJ treatment + brackets: the TMJ pain came back after 3 month, maxilla rotation and side tilt. No patient medical records.

8. Female / TMJ treatment: bimax performed. Constant pain in the back of the head and temple, incorrect bite, facial asymmetry. Andreischev denied his fault.



I think that's enough to consider Andreischev no-go. I personally wouldn't even trust him to perform a cow abortion.

Take my advice kids. Every surgeon does mistakes in his career. Do your research before any invasive procedures, check reviews, think of insurance and extra money to fix failed surgeries. Going from an incel to a deformed pain suffering incel is not what you want.

Tag people here who consider Andreischev for their surgeries. Something for them to think of.

I was quite suspicious about him stating he is a jack of all trades, doing jaw surgery, rhinoplasty blepharoplasty, facial aesthetics and tit job. He obviously dabbled in many fields but mastered none.

Even with the best surgeons there are risks like iirc taban acknowledged a risk of blindness if you get orbital decompression with him.

Same thing with nerve damage with leforts and genio, there’s just an inherent risk tbh

but yeah asymmetry seems like a pretty frequent reoccurrence like goat’s friend with chinwing

Would consider Andreischev for Chin wing as he is well trained in that procedure and has exceolent result, but prefer Ramieri for bimax who is more conservative both for aesthetic reasons (look natural and less chimplike) as well as for health reasons (Ramieri wouldnt perform too much CCW on me because it would risk TMJ issues).

In 2001 V.Nesvatova and surgeon A.Rybakin (Andreischev is his favorite student and colleague) founded SPIC clinic (Saint-Petersburg Institute of Beauty), I.Pronin was a CEO. There were multiple cases of failed surgeries done by Rybakin and Andreischev. In 2016 Rybakin, Pronin, Andreischev and most of the staff literally fled SPIC and founded another clinic SPICA, stealing funds, medical equipment and patient records, leaving SPIC with huge prepayment debts and disfigured patients.

The same story continued under the name of SPICA. Andreischev and Rybakin have been butchering people and Pronin laundering money and performing some shady financial activities. In October 2018 Pronin got caught by police and put into a detention center. SPICA rebranded itself as Galaxy Clinic. And there are still numerous investigations against Andreischev and Rybakin on their failed surgical procedures.
