The only thing that puts me off from doing bimax is getting it in a foreign country where I would obviously have communication issues with the surgeon thats performing on me. Another issue is the how bimax affects midface length. I have heard conflicting opinions regarding this issue, some say it makes it longer, others say it makes it short. Im not sure if I would risk the possibility of midface looking long for it tbh, the main reason why it even appeals to me in the first place is that the possibility that it makes your midface shorter

I'm quite sure that pic is heavily distorted and angle frauded (to verify you can just measure the ipd/iris ratio which should remain constant). God I wish there was something that could produce results like that but unfortunately midface shortening isn't possible (how would the nose be shortened).

Really? I heard the opposite (that dropping the gonial angles usually makes a long midface look more compact). My jaw implant lowers my angles by 5 mm on side and 7 mm on the other side so it might be a bad idea, IDK

I think your best bet is Bimax with CCW in hopes of maybe making your midface more compact. Im pretty sure that russian dude can add some silicone overlay to your cheek implants for pretty cheap too.

IDK if he can get the silicone to fit over the implants perfectly though. Also, he would have to make a lower eyelid incision, which could mess up my chances of getting a good eye surgery result later on. The other thing is that even if I get bimax, my midface won't actually be shorter unless I get a lip lift afterwards too.
