Your morph is unattainable, you have unrealistic expectations.

60% relapse of the cases, it would be 1-1.5mm.. on an advance of 11mm is absolutely nothing.

I will counteract the relapse by using facepuller after the bimax

paranasal implants are overpriced garbage in my opinion, facemaxxed is even displeased with his results with them and wishes he had undergone bimax instead. I personally dont think there worth it at all. Lip lift doesnt really do much either tbh.

A Bimax midface shortening result such as this would be nice, but this picture could be a product of lens distortion/angle frauding so im not totally convinced 100 percent that bimax shortens your midface.

Its weird how many old surgery results are so great
She already gained more angular mandible and her tissues are far more stretched
Like I don't know if her midface is literally shorter but of course she looks less horseish
