most people get enough glutamine, in fact high glutamine possibily can contribute to depression if not balaned w enough glycine, id also add tribulus, creatine and pine pollen. sorghum also increases 5 ar expression,

high carb diet is major though as it upregulates igf 1 , insulin and leptin (latter can be done w protein but former two u need carbs )

for people who dont want increased chances of acne u can try topical wynlevi which shuts down 5 ar topically but u will still be able to enjoy 5 ar upregulation for muscle growth, mood, libido etc
