I wrote a thesis about the effects of androgens and mechanical loading on periosteal osteoblasts and the resulting osteogenic gene expression.

If you have an understanding of this topic I would like to send you my entire thesis (it’s about 10 pages including diagrams and images so it’s not really 10 pages long). I would be happy if someone with substantial knowledge could read it and tell me if it’s mechanisticaly and theoretically correct.

Here a short summary
mechanical stimulation (percussive/vibratory) induces osteocyte-mediated Wnt pathway activation, recruiting periosteal osteoblasts. Locally elevated blood flow increases androgen delivery to the periosteum, where testosterone undergoes 5α-reduction to DHT. DHT binds the androgen receptor with high affinity and slow dissociation (~6–8h), sustaining transcription of osteogenic markers (Runx2, Collagen I, OPG, Osteocalcin) for 24–48h. Supraphysiological androgen levels combined with IGF-1 (via exogenous HGH) act synergistically on osteoblast proliferation and differentiation, resulting in net periosteal bone apposition.

Just write in the comments and I’ll send it to you

weak cope, there are a fuck ton of more potent cleaner pathways to induce osteogenesis, literally the easiest thing to reproduce irl
