Not sure how to mix the powder, I bought the finished product (20% DHT gel) and it’s worked to reduce my old gyno. Lol letro and ralox didn’t do shit for it in the past, was considering surgery prior to using DHT gel.

Doubt that the powder on its own would do anything if you applied it to your nips, it would need to be mixed into a gel/cream to pass through the skin.
