Lets say youre bloated, can you shift your head sideways position to accentuate what you (could) look like beneath the fat? Is that also often the way you look like beneath or nah

I mean on pics, to already have a taste of what you could look like. In real life would that be uncomfortabele to do it and very awkward. Its better to lose weight like youve said.
