I am thoroughly convinced that anime characters are some kind of higher species, gods, spiritual entities, aliens etc.

Their designs, their entrancing appearances have so captivated a vast portion of humanity that I think that there is no other way to explain this phenomenon other than that they are higher, more advanced entities that have taken physical shape in this realm in the form of drawings.
