Does anyone have more information about Dr. Carlos Chrzanowski in Brazil for orthognathic surgery? I’m researching surgeons for more aesthetic focused cases, like bimax, trimax with advancement and CCW rotation. I have seen some of his results and they seem to have a strong focus on facial harmony and profile changes, but I would like to hear from people with real experience, especially with more complex cases. What do you guys think about his results, 3D planning, approach, and post op? I'm gonna link one of his results with the advancements.

Asthetically this look way better then anything forum famous surgeons do.

because I live in Brazil, and I haven't find a trustable surgeon in USA yet.

I agree with you, I was considering doing surgery with him before. But I Saw people demonizing him everywhere I searched about and even on his website. I still consider him, but I am trying to find another ones.

If you look at his before vs after's there better then pretty much everyone else's. That's all you can really go off of. He also did do jawhacks jaw surgery. That guy works 24/7 on jaw surgery stuff, and talks to a ton of oral maxillary surgeons.


That's why this Brazil surgeons work is surprising. As those are much better results then, forum famous surgeons and probably near gunsons level.
