Another dream where i got rejected last night, this time 2 diff girls in one dream

Its so fucking miserable that even in dreams i get rejected by girls. One was out my league but i mogged the other and still got laughed at by her and her friend group. Is there any way to dreammax and have better dreams? Would subliminals help?

Bro has such severe trauma that he gets nightmares about women. If it is to such a level I would literally go see a therapist.

Its not a nightmare. The whole dream overall was eh, but just these parts stick out as very sour and make me wake up sad often
