Have you gone to a surgeon ? I think some are conservative and may reject you if your case doesnt have at least moderate skeletal discrepancy

Yea my wisdom teeth will be removed soon, I’ve done Invisalign so far so I won’t ever do braces

I went to raffaini, will get a substantial advancement for the lower jaw (7.25mm + 3.75 genioplasty) but only 0.25mm with CCW for maxilla, im fearing that he is getting too complacent and doesn’t want to make more than the bare minimum

He told me that he doesn’t want me to be dogmaxxed but still I could get some midface projection without looking like an Alfaro experiment

You'll look good. There are complications with going overboard beyond looks and they can make you regret because they will remain for your entire life. Just communicate your concerns and you will get answers
