I went to raffaini, will get a substantial advancement for the lower jaw (7.25mm + 3.75 genioplasty) but only 0.25mm with CCW for maxilla, im fearing that he is getting too complacent and doesn’t want to make more than the bare minimum

You'll look good. There are complications with going overboard beyond looks and they can make you regret because they will remain for your entire life. Just communicate your concerns and you will get answers
