Being the malar implant shill that I am browsing for any of the few and far between results I can get my hands on I came across this result
Although there is a lighting difference, there is a clear difference in both skin texture and facial structure that looks at least to me natural. The before being largely boneless, the lack of support causing premature creases in the skin as it has nothing to latch onto. The after has a stronger sense of definition, a much leaner look, and although there are slight creases underneath they are now faint and no longer deathtier. Sometimes the mere skin pulling a cheek implant does is enough to improve one's eye area, something I believe is to consider before jumping to custom infraorbitals and the such. These are also as far as I know off the shelf and not custom
Oh yeah don't forget the chin implant. Any decent malar implant results I see are always paired with a chin implant to create harmony. Also note that these are malar and not submalar (the latter being responsible for most uncanny apple cheek effects you see in cheeck implant results)
What are all your thoughts? Have any of you considered getting a similar procedure done?
