Lifting manmade weights and learning non functional training is unnatural, useless and damaging. It will only strengthen joints temporarily but long term you’ll be breaking them down faster. For health a sedentary lifestyle, animal based diet, no drugs and adequate sleep/sun will extend you’re lifespan significantly. Proof of poor joints and flexibility is that most gymcels are stiff and sore all the timePlease just shut the fuck up you clearly don’t know anything about the human body.
Resistance training strengthens your joints, muscles and tendons which will prevent injuries and keep your body fit. There are also benefits for your vascular system etc.
Stop responding because your arguments are based on wrong claims without evidence.
