first of all , the effects of both of them are not permanent so you may use them before any important event instead of using them as supplements coz they are dangerous if you use them as typical supplements , Epleronone is much less riskier than HCTZ so you may use it long term , 25-50 mgs for initial use would be ok then increase that to 100-300 mgs, HCTZ is more potent so use it rarely and when its something really important, rep and mark as solution by clicking here
