Answering ur questions on clothclenching

ive been asked questions on my method but i refuse to answer the same questions multiple times from different users asking basic questions

clothclenching = clenching on shirt, towel, blanket etc

i clench with all teeth. do whatever u wish tho, molars withstand more force, anterior might be better for maxilla, i dont fucking know just clench

i clench for around 5 hours a day aiming for as hard as possible on the days i clench. u cant overdo clenching unless it causes pain or damage. just clench more if ur serious about results. my masseters are very strong so i can clench longer and harder than u.

heres the key tho: JUST FUCKING CLENCH, i never aksed any1 how to clench i just started it myself found ashirt started clenching its very simple

what about is clenching dangerous? does it ruin face?

i cant guarantee anything but this speculation is unfounded. ive been clenching for 2 years (on and off) for 30 hours a week recently and im totally fine. so that speaks for itself.

my molars look fine. ive clenched 2 years and more intense than any1 else on this forum. so thats BS

side improved, bite is similar. wisdom teeth erupted from it

i wouldnt say my nose was affected, although it seemed to get slightly more projected. not by much but slightly.

Did clenching affect your jaw only or did it change zygos and eye area as well?

zygos got wider as well. idk about eyes. also puberty had an effect, my whole face changed somewhat.
