Could you explain a bit more how these 2 directions differ?
I've seen that people usually augment anterior area more than the lateral one. Yet, I've seen people get much wider cheekbones even when they mostly focus on the anterior area.
Are these areas named by the area they are placed or the area in which they expand? If I wish to expand my zygos, what area should I focus on? Lastly, could 5.5 mm lateral end up looking natural?
