Im just realistic. A guy like this irl would do fine with women as hes sufficently above average. He doesnt have to be freaking brad pitt, and those "flaws" being fixed wouldnt want makes him a "chad". If a guy like him is sociable, confident and not autistic he would do well with women. I will concede it would help him if he had any flaw fixed, but he certainly doesnt need it to have a good amount of women after him.

In the mean time- do skin care stuff like use adapalene, moisture , under eye ream for eye bags and things like that.
