Do a research on anti aging diet, anti aging can be achieved mostly with diet and exercises no amount of products for your face would reverse aging it would only specifically target your face, strengthen your joints tendons and muscle and eat foods that are inflammatory mostly you need to lessen the inflammation and a healthy lifestyle would be pretty much the anti aging routine and use anti aging products for skin, the inside of the body and the skin is different so you need both of what i said

Wow, you're still quite young, I would just use sunscreen at this age as there shouldn't be any wrinkles or any such thing at this age yet, but you could try to use copper peptides or matrixyl 3000 which are said to be very useful. There's also argireline but if in this case I wouldn't use it yet as it's something specifically for wrinkles, and I assume you don't have any yet.

You could also try bakuchiol, it's meant to be a replacement for tret but without the side effects and not as aggressive.

I'm 25 already so in my case I will have to get on some of these things soon as I don't want to lose my skin, I don't have any wrinkles nor have lost skin texture yet but I will soon, so I must start.
