dont tell to many people but its the best way to get collagen, it has completely taken away my smile lines plus better skin plus if u eat a lot 50 grams plus you will get hooded but 2 grams daily is all that is needed to see results

i might try taking copper tripeptide subcutaneously (pretty sure my mom might cycle it with me LOL) and see what it does for my skin.

just buy it on amazon get beef gelatin i take 20 grams daily but i know someone who takes 150 grams daily
