Don't let the greys see this, but the best simplistic stack for anti-anxiety (if u dont wanna touch benzos) is literally just ALCAR and ALA together 800mg/400mg.
This opens the blood brain barriers permeability to GABA, decreasing ur anxiety.Apparently 3g a day will the same effect as mid dose xanax.

Dont toush benzos it could literally ruin your life like benzos is even more brutal than death it can make you severely paralyzed living your life like a dumb ass version of stephen hawking
