Alright so BLM, anti-racist activist judges, liberals are all actually racist. They say one thing but do another, then lie and construct arguments how they're doing good while obscuring truth and objective reality which is the fact they're doing bad shit and essentially they're just deceptive covert racists. As a matter of fact, everything they do in reality has a consequence that disadvantages nonwhites and advantages whites. Consequently, everyone who is "racist" is actually non or anti racist: if their ideas would float to the top, then a lot of issues would be solved.
The best and most popular example is black crime: at its most fundamental level, this is a failure of law enforcement. But instead of doing their job (because the government created the black-on-black violence cycle, supplying drugs and guns as well as altering culture) they don't imprison them enough and they tell the police to leave neighborhoods ALONE jfl. This only perpetuates this cycle:
Neighborhood violence -> getting a real job is not viable
Gangs and selling, abusing drugs -> black on black violence
The weak profit from the closest relative weak people even if it were their own. This cycle continues because such groups are always relatively the poorest. This only started because these groups were the poorest and got pushed into it. The negro cannibalizes upon the negro: he can only sell to the negro, and the only person who can steal his business is another negro. They self perpetuate because they all abuse drugs and are all broke. But the key here is the violence: they can't enforce laws on their own streets and the government wont. End of story
If you imprisoned all those blacks, what would happen is... those impoverished communities would begin to thrive. Brutal

Racism is kind of inevitable and necessary according to capitalism. If its a reality that makes money then you'd do exactly as has already been done: obscure it and implement it yourself on the down low. Thats why broke neighborhoods hooked on black market drug consumption brings in more money into the market than if they were healthy consumers.
If its inevitable in this way, then 1) politicians of either side will always enforce it 2) since it plagues people below the upper class, they will always vote on this issue to solve it for either side and 3) the "issue" will never truly be solved and it will continue to be exploited
This is why the populace is always anti-racist, the politicians always campaign on anti-racism but their policies will always be predominantly/overall racist. No matter if you're progressive or conservative.
Racism (policy-population level, exploitation of capital) is a successful strategy if you're upper class, while its an unsuccessful one if you're non-upper class (you're at the receiving end, directly or indirectly, in a multicultural society). On a person-to-person basis, racism is rarely a good strategy, while on populational levels it becomes a viable lever: it can be an aspect in decision making, internal population control/management.
