Its advised to take 3k to 5k orac points daily but amnesia suggested 20k. @Amnesia is that based on anything you read or just taking more than the advised, like how the advised vitamin d is too low
Antioxidant rich foods are so expensive, 20k daily would cost me a fortune
I feel like antioxidants havent been proved to work against skin aging or general health also taking too much may cause problems
