Idk. Might be cause of more beta-sitosterol in the womb during the pregnancy (2nd-3rd semester)

beta-sitosterol is an anti-androgen found in plants, clothes, water...

Btw i'm not knowledgeable yet to answer you this, there are way more things than just beta-sitosterol to consider, such as oxalates, phytic acid and other anti-nootrients / anti-androgens
