Anxiety at School

Anxiety was horrible in my 7th and 3rd period today. Towards the end of my 7th period I was shaking and then going to my 3rd period I could barely stay still and my teeth were clenching. It was slightly cold so I used that as an excuse to some friends. It was so fucking bad I hope it genuinely goes away because we’re just starting school. I couldn’t even hyperventilate it was too strong honestly

Aside from that my last period was chill but I can’t deal w these anxiety rushes all school year

Can relate, it was mostly me being paranoid on who would say something else about me + being called up to read (i have such a terrible speech impediment)
