I’m 13, and lately, I’ve been feeling super anxious all the time. It’s like my brain won’t stop racing, and I get nervous about even small stuff. I don’t really know how to handle it, so I’m thinking about trying some supplements to help calm down and focus better. But since I’m underage, I’m not sure what’s safe or what actually works. I need some recommendations on supplements that won’t mess me up but can help with anxiety and stress.
 
Indicator of low test more often than not. Might want to consider going to get a blood test checking for Test and cortisol.

Eat animaL based diet (like milk, meat, eggs, butter, fish) with fruit and honey mixed in as well to start off. Your mental state is largely dictated by the food you eat. Start exercising and get outside in the sun a lot (the healthier you eat the easier the sun is on your body)
 
Go outside into nature as often as you can

I don't really think I got low test most signs say I have like alot of test and I'm quite tall I'm 6ft and have muscle mass idk tho

Could be bc of low t but maybe it’s genetics or your personal life is pretty bad rn
