Any advice for freezing myself to get unfrozen in the future and still live or is that SciFi

not now but some years from now, when i get older i think i would hve nothing to lose

eg lets say ur 50yo
what is there to lose?

in the worst case, u will die but u will die soon either way, and life past 50yo must suck beyond reasons anyway

so let say u freeze urself then get unfrozen at least few hundreds years later. giga based
