I stopped growing at around your age I am also 5'11. Get an xray to check if your growth plates are still open, then use aromasin and igf1.
Also use DAC and CGC1295

If u wanna actually grow you will need to use exogenous hormones

If your growth plates are open: anti-estrogens.
If they are closed: it's over.

The only things beside LL are spinal decompression and injecting silicone in your head, but that's not aesthetic. It also might be possible to inject silicone in feet, but that's not a standard procedure.
