I dont see how jaw surgery would make a difference. Some eye procedure might do tbh.

Just why on the other thread people told me to do mouth first?

Don’t forget more women get bimax, proportionally.

But Raffaini’s ‘top’ posted results on men are very very good too. And don’t forget in certain ways the sex of the patient doesn’t matter; the severe asymmetries he fixes, for instance. Some of the women he’s operated on in this way have had incredible changes, some might say perfect. All that could apply to a similarly-situated male patient, too.

Have you consulted with both? Go with whose plan you trust more and who gives you confidence as a surgeon. @Gaia262 has had bimax with Ramieri recently so I’d encourage you to get in touch with him if possible

Honestly i'd like to spend less money possible. Not for the surgery but for the visits lol
