If you still want to eat very high protein then the only way for you to correct your ratio is to eat more milk rather then muscle meat, like 2 liters daily. I suggest to do this at 2 separate meals (not eating meat and milk together) because iron inhibits Calcium absorption and vice versa. The Jews got something right

But then when you correct this dietary insufficiency of Calcium your requirements for Magnesium will also go up, so I don't know how you will manage it practically with your diet, unless you supplement.. though it's better to get it from food

Ideally I suggest you switch up your diet slowly.
eat High Carb, Medium Protein, Low Fat (avoiding seed, vegetable nd unsaturated oils. Eat fat freely but don't aim to get this macro. Tallow, butter and coconut oil are good. A spoon of coconut oil with your meal is good for digestion and nutrient absorption. Coconut oil is 91% Saturated Fat and <1% PUFA :feelshehe:)
If you can digest milk then incorporate this into your diet.
The alternative if you can't digest milk then I would eat hard cheese like Parmesan and also make eggshell powder, and eat a bit with a meal that has no meat. Fruit and fruit juice also has some Calcium.
That's generally what I do (alternative with no milk cuz I got shit digestion genes from my father), I still eat red meat every day but i have a good Calcium : Phosphorus ratio currently

If you eat a lot of Calcium youll mess up your dietary Calcium : Magnesium ratio, which in the perfect circumstances should be 1 : 0.5-0.25
for Magnesium eat ripe fruits and orange juice daily (doesn't have too much Mg but it adds up), dates when you feel like it, eat well-boiled buckwheat (goat source imo) as your starch on some days, well-boiled kale or Swiss chard (boiled for a min of 30 minutes) like twice a week with a meal that has some fat because they have Vitamin K and it is very fat dependant for absorption, dark chocolate sometimes (make sure it isn't kiked with soy lecithin, additives, thickeners etc. Ideally should be Choco butter, choco beans, cane sugar and that's it)

Make soup from Oxtail or other collagenous cuts of meat every once in a while :feelsokman: i have a good recipe I can send u

It isn't too difficult I never measure my macros everyday like a bodybuilder I just know approximately how much what I eat has
Cronometer site can help immensely
