Any blackpilled rhinosurgeons that won't fuck you nose up?

I want to make my nose slimmer but most of these surgeons seem sketchy as fuck. One claimed to have 5000 operations in 20 years, how is that even possible? That would mean one surgery almost every day, doesn't sound like giving much thought to your patients.

I don't want a money hungry psychopath jew fucking up my nose get it? Any good blackpilled surgeons in europe that do rhino?
