The main problem is that FOB curries are completely unaware of social norms and western standards when it comes to socialization. They are the least "westernized" immigrants that come to the west.

Other regions that provide immigrants already have had high levels of mutual cultural exchange with the west. South Asians are literally the last major race to mass immigrate to the west (excluding the UK). SEA, east asians, africans, etc have been in the west for centuries.

South asians are the most "alien" race and culture to westerners. Zero level of familiarity. That's why u see normies being blatantly racist in public to Indians with no consequences
